Change of tone - Mercruiser, Boat sales
Recently had my boat serviced before sale, and eventualy sold via Mandurah outboards .
No 1 Service Invoiced sent to the wrong adress, "Barbra" wasnt impressed, resent the invoice by email then proceeded to chase for payment the next day.
No 2 Boat was sold by Karen and I was advised by her the "In your hand" sale price.
Barbra calls with an altogether different tone asking for my bank details, and when asked for some written detail of the sale, I was told they "were restricted by the Privacy act from disclosing details of the transaction" How is MY consignment agent restricted from providing me with detail ?? Dodgy & shifty responses ensued. Their work is great but the "Take my word for it approach" leaves me wondering on the $$$ Once bitten ;-/
